SFI7 HOTELS

The SFI7 committee has secured a block of rooms and special room rates at three hotels, the Holiday Inn-Charlotte City Center, the Holiday Inn-Charlotte University and the Hampton Inn-Charlotte University Place. Conference rates range from $69 at the Hampton Inn for a double room to $99 for a double room at the Holiday Inn –Charlotte City Center, with a number of rates and room types in between.


Holiday Inn – Charlotte City Center


The Holiday Inn - Charlotte City Center is located at 230 North College Street, in downtown Charlotte, approximately 10 miles from the University.
  • $99 for a double room.
  • The SFI7 rate is subject to availability, but rooms must be booked by March 13.
  • Caffe Siena Dining Room is located in the hotel and there are many dining options in the surrounding downtown area.
  • Rooftop exercise facilities and jogging track.
  • On-site parking available for an additional charge.

Holiday Inn – Charlotte University

The Holiday Inn – Charlotte University is located at 8520 University Executive Park Drive, less than 3 miles from the University.
  • $79 for single and double rooms.
  • The SFI7 rate is subject to availability, but rooms must be booked by March 13.
  • University and Patio Grill located at the hotel.
  • On-site exercise facility

Hampton Inn – Charlotte University Place

The Hampton Inn – Charlotte University Place is located at 8419 North Tryon Street, approximately 3 miles from the University.
  • $69 for double rooms and $79 for single rooms.
  • The SFI7 rate is subject to availability, but rooms must be booked by March 13.
  • Complementary breakfast.
  • On-site exercise facility.
