Conference Location

The conference is at the Howard University Blackburn Center which can be reached by the H1 bus or by cab.

AIRPORT/GROUND

It is best to fly into Reagan-National which is much closer than Dulles or Baltimore, and therefore easier to get to the hotel. Please plan to stay with us through noon on Sunday, or a little longer through a nice full brunch if you?d like which ends at 1:00 pm. The best way in to town from Reagan-National is either by Metro or by cab. If you take the cab, it shoud be around $38 round trip to get to hotel r conference. If you do fly into Dulles, the "Super Shuttle" is avaiable for $58 and goes to almost all hotels.
